Our Core Immigration Services
Permanent Residence Pathways
Spousal Sponsorship (Permanent Residence)
Canadian citizens and permanent residents may sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner for permanent residence in Canada. This program allows families to reunite and live together permanently in Canada. Applications require evidence demonstrating a genuine relationship, financial undertaking from the sponsor, and medical and background checks for the applicant. Proper documentation and relationship evidence are essential for a successful application.

Express Entry
Express Entry is Canada’s primary system for selecting skilled workers for permanent residence. Candidates create an online profile and are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) based on factors such as age, education, language ability, and work experience.
Provincial Nominee Program
(PNP)
Through the Provincial Nominee Program, Canadian provinces and territories nominate individuals who meet local labour market needs. Each province offers multiple immigration streams targeting skilled workers, graduates, or individuals with job offers. Receiving a provincial nomination can significantly improve an applicant’s chances of obtaining permanent residence.

Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP)

Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)

Temporary Resident Visas

Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa)

Super Visa (Parents & Grandparents)
TRV Stamp (Temporary Resident Visa Stamping)
A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) stamp is required for certain foreign nationals who wish to enter or re-enter Canada. Individuals who already hold a valid study permit, work permit, or visitor status may need to apply for a TRV in order to travel back to Canada after leaving the country. The TRV is placed in the passport and confirms that the holder is authorized to travel to a Canadian port of entry, where a border officer will determine final admission.

Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD)

A Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) allows Canadian permanent residents who are outside Canada without a valid PR card to return to Canada by commercial transportation such as an airplane. Permanent residents who travel abroad and whose PR card has expired or is not available must apply for a PRTD before returning to Canada. Applicants must demonstrate that they continue to meet the permanent resident residency obligation under Canadian immigration law.
